Service Agreement

1. Introduction

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between ServiceProSEO (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and the client (“you”, “your”) for the provision of SEO and digital marketing services. By purchasing a predefined or custom SEO package from ServiceProSEO, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

2. Scope of Services

ServiceProSEO offers predefined SEO packages, as well as custom SEO services tailored to individual client needs. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to:

SEO audits and analysis
Keyword research and strategy
On-page and technical SEO
Content optimisation
Citation building
Local SEO
Performance monitoring and reporting

Custom services will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal as agreed between both parties.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the effectiveness of our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information required for SEO implementation.
Grant necessary access to your website, analytics, and other relevant platforms.
Refrain from making major changes to the website that may impact SEO performance without prior consultation.
Comply with SEO best practices and recommendations provided by ServiceProSEO.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for predefined SEO packages is due upfront or as agreed in the selected plan.
Custom service agreements will include specific payment terms based on the scope of work.
Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services until the outstanding balance is settled.

5. No Guarantee of Results

SEO is influenced by multiple factors, including search engine algorithms, competitor activity, and industry trends. While we apply best practices and proven strategies, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or sales conversions.

6. Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect for the duration specified in the chosen package or custom agreement.
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice in accordance with the agreed terms.
ServiceProSEO reserves the right to terminate services if the client engages in unethical practices, violates terms, or fails to make required payments.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business data, strategies, and login credentials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ServiceProSEO is not liable for:

Search engine ranking fluctuations or penalties.
Website downtime, hosting issues, or third-party service disruptions.
Any financial losses incurred as a result of SEO strategy implementation.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement periodically to reflect changes in services, industry standards, or legal requirements. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
