As SEO services are digital, intangible, and tailored to each client’s specific needs, they cannot be returned or refunded. All payments made to ServiceProSEO are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

Keyword research
On-page and off-page SEO
Technical SEO analysis
Content optimisation
Link building
Local SEO services
Any other consultancy or strategy-based SEO services

3. UK Consumer Rights Considerations

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, digital services that have begun with the customer’s consent are not eligible for a refund once the service has been provided. Since our SEO services involve custom strategy and implementation, they fall under this exemption.

4. Service Performance Disclaimer

While we apply industry best practices and proven strategies, SEO results can vary due to factors outside our control, such as search engine algorithm updates, competition, and website changes made by the client. As such, we cannot guarantee specific rankings or outcomes and do not provide refunds based on performance expectations.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request to cancel ongoing SEO services with written notice in accordance with the agreed-upon contract terms. However, any payments made for work already completed or in progress remain non-refundable.
