This policy outlines reasonable usage expectations for predefined and custom SEO service packages. It ensures that all clients benefit equally from our expertise without placing undue strain on our team or resources.

3. Fair Usage Guidelines

ServiceProSEO provides SEO services based on structured deliverables and agreed-upon packages. To maintain quality and efficiency:

  • Predefined Packages:

    • Clients receive the services outlined in their package (e.g., keyword research, content creation, link building) within the agreed timeframes.
    • Requests beyond the scope of the package may require additional fees or an upgraded service level.
  • Custom Packages:

    • Clients with tailored SEO plans will receive a defined scope of work agreed upon at the start of the engagement.
    • Additional work requests will be assessed for feasibility and may be subject to extra charges.
  • Revisions & Adjustments:

    • ServiceProSEO allows a reasonable number of modifications to SEO strategy, content, or reports within the package terms.
    • Excessive or repeated revision requests beyond the agreed scope may require additional billing.

4. Excessive or Unreasonable Use

To maintain service efficiency, the following are considered excessive use:

  • Repeated urgent requests outside the agreed scope, requiring priority handling.
  • Frequent modifications or complete revisions of agreed-upon deliverables.
  • Expecting real-time SEO updates or immediate ranking changes.
  • Demanding services beyond the contract or repeatedly requesting additional work without prior agreement.

ServiceProSEO reserves the right to limit excessive requests to ensure fair access for all clients.

5. Support & Communication Limits

Clients can contact our team during normal business hours for queries and support. We respond within our Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines. However:

  • Requests outside of business hours may be addressed in the next working period.
  • Frequent, high-volume email or phone support requests may be deprioritised in favour of structured updates.

6. Policy Enforcement

If a client exceeds fair usage, ServiceProSEO may:

  • Discuss usage concerns and recommend an upgraded package.
  • Charge for additional requests outside the service scope.
  • Restrict excessive requests if they disrupt workflow for other clients.

7. Changes to This Policy

ServiceProSEO reserves the right to update this Fair Use Policy as required. Clients will be notified of any significant changes affecting service terms.
